Marilyn Wade: CEO and President Marilyn has been active in the business since its inception in 1988. Marilyn is a member of the Association of Rotational Molders, and currently serves on the board of directors. She is an International Liaison for the association and will be working with the membership committee this year. Marilyn has been active in the community of Rochester by sitting on the board of directors of the local Chamber of Commerce and serving as their president in 1997. Other local involvements have included: Fulton County Leadership Academy, Rochester Community Schools Stakeholder Committee, and the Workforce Development Strategies Inc. were she served on the Board, Executive Committee, and the Incumbent Worker Council. Allen Wade: Director, Executive Vice-president Allen with his 20+ years of experience in fabricating helps design, engineer, and build molds. His background in fabricating and tool and die design has been a great asset to RRM. His ability to design and engineer products and molds from the developmental stage has added great value to RRM and their respected customers. He has built molds for many applications in the rotational molding industry. Allen has given RRM the ability to build, rebuild, modify, and repair molds for RRM's proprietary products and for the many custom products that RRM has and is undertaking. His fabricating ability has taken him from owning a fabricating facility to building a large scale shuttle machine and finally to building the highest quality custom molds for the rotational molding industry. His engineering ability has helped transform RRM into a premier molding and mold-making facility. |
